Remove the heat pack before use. Microwave for 90 seconds at 600-800W or 60 seconds at 800-1000W for soothing warmth. Refrigerate for 60 minutes for cooling relief. Allow the pack to return to room temperature before reheating.

Cleaning

Remove the non-washable heat pack. Hand wash with water and mild detergent, then tumble dry on low heat until completely dry.

Using the Removable Belly Pack

To warm

Remove the complete heating pad and microwave only the pad according to the instructions supplied with your product. Touch-test it before returning it to the plush. Never microwave the whole bear.

To cool

Place the clean heating pad in a sealed bag and cool it in the refrigerator according to the supplied instructions. Do not freeze unless the official instructions say it is safe.

Gently hand wash or machine wash the plush body on a gentle cycle.
